As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Justin offers a supportive, thoughtful space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move through difficult seasons with greater clarity and confidence. He has experience working with clients facing trauma, addiction and recovery, fertility and reproductive challenges, neurodivergence, life transitions, and relationship concerns, recognizing that each person’s story is unique and deserves individualized care.
Justin’s clinical background includes training in a variety of evidence-based approaches, allowing him to meet each client where they are. He draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Bowen Family Systems, Choice Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative approach balances insight with practical tools while honoring the complexity of each individual, couple, and family system.
He is drawn to this work through a genuine belief in the human capacity for resilience, healing, and growth. Throughout his work in early intervention, substance use treatment, and mental health, he has witnessed the strength people discover when they feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whether supporting someone healing from trauma, navigating the emotional complexities of infertility, adjusting to life transitions, embracing neurodivergence, or rebuilding relationships affected by addiction, he believes meaningful change begins with compassionate connection.
Justin’s therapy style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. He strives to create a space that feels safe, calm, and nonjudgmental, where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism. He believes therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, reconnect with their values, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
