Our clinicians are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Carelon, Health Net, Molina, Medi-Cal, Medicare and more. Your copay depends on your plan.
Many PPO plans reimburse part of each session. We send you a superbill every month to submit for reimbursement.

What will I pay?
It depends on your plan and your clinician. Send us your insurance info or call (805) 678-9182 and we’ll tell you before you book.
What is a superbill?
A detailed receipt with the codes your insurance needs. You submit it to your plan, and they reimburse you directly based on your out-of-network benefits.
Will insurance cover the IOP or PHP?
Often, yes. California Virtual Eating Disorder Experts (CVED Experts) is in-network with Kaiser, Cigna, Medicare, Aetna and more. We verify coverage and handle authorizations for you.
Do I need a referral?
Only for Kaiser. Other plans usually don’t require one, and we’ll check for you.
