Natasha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
As a Latina and immigrant from Venezuela, I bring cultural sensitivity, lived experience, and deep respect for the complexities of identity and belonging into my work. My background helps me hold space for clients navigating multilayered challenges including generational, societal, and internal expectations while offering a grounded and empathetic presence.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. I’ve worked across various levels of care, including Residential, PHP, and IOP, and I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they reconnect with themselves and reimagine what recovery can look like.
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, with a lovingly direct style that invites truth, self-compassion, and growth. I believe healing happens when we’re seen in our fullness and supported in stepping into our power especially when it feels out of reach.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in reading, walking my dog, spending time at the beach, and engaging in creative expression through sewing. These practices remind me of the importance of slowness, presence, and creating beauty in everyday moments all of which influence how I support my clients in building a more grounded and connected life.
