
Tayler is a yoga and meditation instructor with nearly 10 years of experience leading mindfulness, movement, and breathwork practices.
She is also currently studying to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which continues to deepen her passion for mental health, healing, and the mind-body connection.
Having personally struggled with an eating disorder, Tayler understands how meaningful yoga and mindfulness can be in the recovery process. These practices became life-changing tools in her own journey, and she is passionate about sharing them in a way that feels gentle, accessible, and supportive. In her groups, Tayler creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can practice self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and mindful connection to the body.
