Every IOP client receives 14 chef-prepared frozen meals, delivered to their door. For some people that takes a weight off. For others, having meals show up at home is really hard. Both are normal, and we work through it with you.

Your case manager is the hub of your care. They make sure everyone helping you, inside our program and outside it, is working from the same plan.
Every client gets Recovery Record, a secure eating disorder recovery app that connects you to your care team. Recovery doesn’t only happen between 9 and 5, and neither does support.
Groups are only part of it. Every client has their own specialists, and the same experts who see you one-on-one also lead your groups.
Recovery happens at home, so we bring support there too.
